The car owner fills out a special application and provides copies of the vehicle documents.

Car review

An initial inspection of the car is carried out, the technical condition is assessed, and the car is prepared for testing.

Testing

The car undergoes the necessary technical tests and examinations (according to the type of vehicle).

Certificate issuance

In case of compliance, the owner receives an official certificate of conformity.

Required documents.

Title (vehicle registration certificate).

Invoice - a contract of sale.

Customs declarations MD-2, MD-6.

Color copy or original of the car owner's identity document - passport of a citizen of Ukraine, 1-2 pages and the page of residence registration.

Owner's tax identification number.

Front marker lights - white color.

Turn indicators (front/rear) - yellow color

Fog lights - red, switched on together with dipped beam

Rear fog light is switched on separately

Windshield and front side windows - without tinting

The speedometer must display the speed in km/h
